hey everyone, does anyone know a way i can set up a new account using a restricted account? i know it cant be done using the usual method, but im hoping there might be another way, such as a program or manually creating a username....

Win98 right? I dont think you can, use a bootdisk from bootdisk.com, so that you can mess with it in DOS, about the Internet, just type in "proxy avoidance" in Google and good luck.

Yeah, get a proxy instead. Unles they block those too. It's pretty much a hassle to hack your way around Win9X unless it's really important.

Don't even think about WinNt/XP.
