I have a save for soul silver and for desmume and want to convert it back to No$gba, how can I do so? It's not a save state btw.

Use the "Export Backup Memory" option in DeSmuME and make sure the RAW savefile is placed into No$GBA's BATTERY folder, with the same name as the game.
