I need help with legend of dragoon!!!

i can not get lod to work on my pc. ive tryed everything that i could think of. can anyone help me???

i have a AMD 700megahertz
windows 98 2nd edition
and an 8 megabite vid card(i know its shitty but it still works with other games)

You have to change your bios to SCH7502.bin
