my system is
dual core E2140 1.6ghz
2gb ram
512mb 4650HD radeon


im trying to run ffx-int but i only get 25-30fps

can u please help me on the settings?

Your CPU is horribly underpowered, regardless that it's of the Core 2 family. You need to do one or more of the following:

A) Overclock
B) Buy a faster CPU
[strike]C) Use speedhacks[/strike]
D) Wait for a new version

Take your pick.

OEM machines usually don't allow for different CPUs to be installed or overclocked. You're most likely SOL until you build your own PC[if ever].

If u gave it away, it means u have no right to use pcsx2, meaning u probably got the BIOS illegally which is against the rules. Ngemu has a zero-tolerance when it comes to piracy

nope. i got the bios from my friend. he put a usb on his ps2 then the bios transfered to the usb that's what im using

It still doesn't give u the right to use pcsx2, in order to use it, u must own a PS2 CONSOLE. The Bios must be obtained from ur own ps2 or else it is illegal.
