It's qute good, even excellent. Although some may find it disappointing (although I won't elaborate as to why..).
It's more of an experience, than a game..

Man I love mgs and I would definitely love to play mgs-2.


Ok lets see what chances I have to play this game.

I am not going to buy a ps-2 soon so no chance.
No ps-2 emulator is coming soon so no chance.
The game is not being ported to pc soon so no chance.

The best bet is to encourage some friend of mine to buy a ps2.

Currently in India A ps2 is costing as much as a complete latest model desktop.And no one is going to buy it at this high price. But sooner or later someone will.

It's pretty good, actually. No wait...

...it's the BEST GAME ever!!! I have the game and it is worth every penny, if you have a PS2. My bet for Game of the Year. On another note, it would be interesting if Kojima and co. plan to release a PC version. I have the PC version of MGS in my closet somewhere, although if they ever plan to port MGS2 to the PC they should do it a couple of years from now. We should let our hardware evolve a bit first. I don't think a 1+GHz processor and a GeForce3 would do the game any justice if ever it's ported.

A 1+ gig cpu + a geforce 3 will surely have no prob to run the game.
