if you're playing a game with CDDA audio you need to use mooby's plugin to read the ISO, you also need a .cue if you're playing off a bin/cue ISO. if you're playing off a CD you should be ok.
by the way. immediately switch to a more advanced emulator like ePSXe, PSXeven, SSSPSX, or PCSX. AdriPSX is quite old (and doesnt support things like proper memory cards and disc change), so i advise you to stop using it.
