I have problem with Final Fantasy VIII

on cd 3 when i am in lunar station, after rinoa realese the first lock, i go to the second floor and there are two women. they say "look at the moon" and then is the movie of lunar cry. after movie the women are moving, i see the moving stars in background but i can't hear a music and i can't move anywhere! i tried to push all buttons but nothing happend! please help me!
