i got it from mp3 site , i think its xx_dialer but not sure- i tried everything

Use Hijackthis to give a list of all the stuff is running on your PC.

Since you know the name of the dialer your can then remove it from the list.

agree with rzetlin on hijackthis... it is also good to use when your browser is also being hijacked or redirected to another page (if your still using IE)

Security Task Manager is great. It works like the windows task manager but shows more programs and lets you close and delete the file. This program is great, you can buy it but the free version works fine.

And try a legal MP3 website next time, it will prevent you for getting those nasty dialers
