i got a problem for game [black matrix cross]

when i starting play as epsxe 1.60
i cannot press any button,including select and start
if anyone know how to fix this problem , pls replies me in this title ,
because i want to play this game

Never heard of this game before.
Perhaps, an update of DirectX? Most users within SEA still use Windows 98SE or eariler.

what is the hardware config ?? my os is win xp . the screen is alway show 'press the start button'.....
