some of you may recall that i passed the board exam and now im an engr, ECE, equivalent to an electronics engr for most countries. i got a break and was recently hired as a systems engr at delarue. the company is not known for most people. but if u have time, check out www.delarue.com. our area is ofcourse the philippines.
next week, we are scheduled to go to Malaysia for a 1 month training. finally a chance to go see other countries. it is really a big break for me considering that i am inexperienced. but the bad news is, my passport isnt ready yet, so i will miss a few days of the training. but anyways, i just wanted to share, and i hope the others will get a break like i did, or maybe even better. ill try to post some when i get there

heh i was done civ last semester (fall session) and it actually turned out to be pretty fun ^^. im in engineering science where we studying every branch of engineering and start specializing in the 4th year. this last semester (winter) i found electric to be the hardest thing >_> so it just amazes me even more that your study is in ECE ! u must be ultra bright ^^

EDIT: o man just realized i said "4th semester" instead of "year"

Mad, ur a lawyer? now that is really somethin. im sure ull find a job for u.ask some friends, it pays to have connections these days. find someone to back u up.
D.D., no im not ULTRA BRIGHT. im just a reggy just like most ppl. it might seem abit confusing at first, but u'll get the hang of it. so which of the branches are u going to specialize on? on electricity, u just have to remember a few conventions and thats it, and some practice. u'll find communications more difficult, its a real headache. satellites, radios, tv, broadcasting...man

I give you props for doing Elect. Engineering. I was in the Electrical Engineering program here for a semester, and decided too difficult for me.

I've now entered the Mathematics Department, and I'll plan to get my bachelor's degree here at mines. I want to get into teaching eventually. I'd like to get a graduate degree here as well, but there's no specialties for teaching or anything. So, I'd have to go to another school.

hey, im here right now at kuala lumpur. its abit on the outskirt but its ok. finally, i found a net cafe. i think the company will give us(me and the other 5 trainees) a laptop to use and an internet account. all expense paid, hotel, foods, transpo + allowance, but still not that much. overseas call is expensive
