Hi,

I wanted to donate via paypal to the No$GBA project. But when I go through the links, I get a warning that "this user cannot recieve money."

What should I do? I want to help donate to the project!

Don't make up BS. Not having any updates for a long time does not mean the author has stopped working on the emu. Just take a look at epsxe.
