Nuke the Antartic and North pole to melt the Ices quickly and flood the world. Also Nuke the mountain summits to cause landslides and Irradiate survivors :evil:

Actually, nuking the mountains would work effectively not because of landslides (cuz only a tiny fraction of the world's populace lives in hilly areas), but because that would destroy the glaciers on top which provide valuable water for many of the world's great rivers. Imagine what would happen if the Amazon, Nile and other great rivers seize to exist!
