How to use PS2link v1.24

I have been trying to use ps2 link to link my ps2 and pc but i dont know how to get ps2 link up and running. Can somebody please explain.

Burn the ISO and insert in your ps2

and doesn't he need his PS2 be modded to do that?

Swap Magic should also work.

If he doesnt know that he shouldnt be worried about using it.
