Please describe step by step, because all of the methods I have used so far haven't worked...
You do realize that this is only possible with GBA games save files, don't you?

If that's what you want, you'll have to use >>this<< app to transform no$gba save file into a normal raw formatted save file so that VBA can load it.
Just read the instructions before using it...

Note however that it does not work on snapshots, you have to make a regular ingame battery save.

Okay, I have just one more question. I recently got an actual DS. When I try to play my Pokemon Diamond game using the file I had for my No$GBA, it always says that it doesn't have a save file, and I don't know where to find or create one. Any idea how?

open up the nogba ini

find SAV/SNA File Format == compressed
change to SAV/SNA File Format == Raw

then use the ds save converter website to convert it to 512KB (4mb) acecard
