Still no luck after trying your builds. Are there any options I have to enable in those?Oh, you are using an old build with the old plugin if I am not mistaken.
All you need to do is select the emulated Wiimote and you should already be able to use the mouse in Wii games that use the pointer. For Super Mario Galaxy, you need to enable CPU -> EFB access or the pointer won't work, or at least won't work to pick up startbits just to let you know.
I would recommend that you try a newer build/revision since there have been fixes and new features that have been added since the official 2.0 release. You can check the link in my signature for builds, my last build was uploaded a few or so days ago, but I will probably compile and upload a new build tomorrow (hopefully) depending on how my internet connection is running.
okay, but what do I map IR Forward, IR Backward, and IR Hide to? and why am I unable to use Tippi?Bleh I forgot the new plugin isn't like the old plugin where everything was already mapped. You will need to click "configure" under the drop down and map the functions to the mouse, although I'm not sure if that is still possible with the new Wiimote plugin. You will want to map "Ir", for devices choose KB/Mouse from the drop down. Then you just click on the blank space next to Up/Down/Left Right, and just move your mouse in that direction to map the mouse.
