where to get msgfmt.exe ? i had download one ,but when i run it , is sad error
.why? which kind of msgfmt.exe do i need for translating english-to-chinese.

What does this have to do with PCSX2???
If you are trying to translate PCSX2 you dont need any msgfmt.exe...just contact the authors and they'll give you instructions about what you should do
