How to trade in 2 different games.

Hi I'm new to the Forums but very old in ngemu :lol:, is it possible to trade my pokémons from Platinum Version to Soul Silver version on no$gba? :drool:

Even with GBA games, linking 2 different games is a major pain, but with DS games, linking is not possible at all.
