Some Tips
Here are somethings you can try:
1:Try a different texture quality (I found that 4,4,4,4 is best for Savage card or a simple dont care would do)
2:Try filtering without sprites (extended looks best with ff8)
3: Frame skipping
4: Changing the frame limit
5: Try not to use special fixes unless required
