Hello.

Is there a way to "soft reset" in ePSXe?
I tried the "Reset" menu and hit "L2/1 R2/1 Start Reset" but I don't think they worked.

I'm currently trying it on final fantasy tactics and I know it supports soft reset but Im asking if ePSXe itself has a capability to do so.

If the game supports it, it works. It depends on the game, as Squall said.

what are you using for an input device, your keyboard or a controller?

Im using the stock keyboard on the computer

That would be why its not working.

Keyboards have a limited number of keys that can be pressed at the same time.

Oh... Is that because of the input plugin?

I used PCSX emulator on Mac and it could do soft reset from keyboard by pressing L1/R1/Start/Select bound keys. So, was wondering how I could do same.

depending on the keyboard, its either a hardware limit, or a API limit.
