How to Patch up PSX ISO Images?

Hi, i made a PSX ISO of a PAL region game, i used some of these topics on the forum to help me how to make a perfect backup of a PSX game, and so i did, which i had done, enabling me to have the 'Libcrypt' thingy on it, But! there is only one thing to do, there are numerous of programs out there but not one is easy to use. I want to patch up a ISO image with a PAL Region patch but i dont know how to. Can someone help me?
