Sorry for bugging everyone. Most people think this isn't possible. But why don't you check youtube. I saw many people with videos of linked Pearl/Diamond and they were past the first battle(where the game freezes due to the disabled sound in the second machine.) If you figure out how they did this could you please help. I've been dying to play the game with my brother.:thumb:

Those vids are a hoax, you can't link DS games the author himself mentions that on his site, that WiFi does not work yet for any practical purposes with commerical games.

I have to agree with Schumi on that one.. I have tried everyway imaginable and it does not work. Sorry that you got your hopes up.. It sucks because my wife and i would like to battle. Hopefully one day!!

Then get another DS and another "Pokémon Pearl/Diamond" and play with your wife... when she's prepared to battle!

She is deployed.. We have two ds' and i have Platinum myself.. I may get it for her when she gets home.. but then she would have to build her pokemon all over again. She plays on her laptop.
