Where did you get the .sav from? Are you sure it's a No$GBA .sav file?

Let me explain better...

I was playing, so happily, then I watched a tutorial. After that, i've changed NDS Cartridge Backup Media option. After that, my savefile doesn't appear in the game, but the .SAV file is still there.

If it's corrupted, there is any chance to recover it?

If you didn't have the correct save-type before, your save is likely lost either way. If you changed the save-type after successfully saving and loading the game before, just reset it to the type it was back then. If the saves don't "reappear", then the save is corrupted.
