How to I help PSCX Project?

I'm NineTom.I am interested to develop PCSX Project But I am new in C Language.Who can guide me to study PCSX Project, I hope I can document or develop it. :guitar:

If I remember correctly, the PCSX project is done with. In addition to that, the source code is available. So, if you want you can review that code and tweak it/modify it to your delight.

I guess at that point, then you can consider releasing it to the public....
