On the game "Yu-gi-oh the beginning of destiny" I'd like to swap some music around (hearing the very same music in every single free duel gets boring. There are more tracks in story mode, but free duel allows you to exactly pick who you want to face with which deck. Hence I'd like to swap some music around).

There's a BGM.BIN file I'm sure it holds the music, but I don't know how to extract the files within BGM.BIN (and I'd like to rebuild it of course, else it's useless). Is there a program that makes this possible?

I don't know anything about headers and stuff, but I can tell you this: from offset 00000000 to 0001FFF0 all the values from 00 to 0F are 00, then at 00020000 the values from 00 to 0F are: 1A 00 00 00 70 F3 C0 03 FE EE E0 1F EC FD EF E0 (and the hex numbers continue on, unlike 00000000 to 0001FFF0).
