how to convert wii save to dolphin save ???

If you own a Wii Console which has Homebrew setup on it, download this and install it using wad manager.
You will have to rename the folders created first before using these saves with Dolphin.
If you downloaded a save from a website... then i can't help you (depending on what format the save is)
Edit: All saves extracted from your Wii Console using the Savegame Manager, should be stored on the main root of your SD card in a folder called saves or gamesaves. Each of the savefiles are in folders (e.g. 00010000524C4150). Rename and reorganise all of the folders and copy to User\Wii\title once done.
