How do i use gameshark for emu?

I have searched this forum and have read something about pEc (don't know what it is) and was wondering if there is a way to use gameshark cheats in this emu, it has no interface cheat adding-thing.
PS: I don't wanna boot gameshark cd, is there any gameshark software for this emu?
