The only method that I know of storing video streams is to use a screen capture program such as hypercam. It would be advisable to use the DiVX codec with this and a mp3 codec otherwise file sizes will get very large. You will also need to switch off all video acceleration in the program that you are using to view the stream, ie:-

WMP: under the performance tab in options set the video acceleration to none

Real: in the hardware section of perferences uncheck the use optimised video display

Quicktime: From the quicktime section of control panel choose safe mode in the video settings drop box option.
