read the forum rules dummy, no support for piracy and downloading them is piracy, dump the game yourself and then we will offer support
How do I play RE 2?
I downloaded both discs from coolrom and when I load it up, it doesn't get any further than the sega logo. And don't worry, I do physically have it on my dreamcast.

I thought it wasn't considered piracy if I have have the actual copy, which I do.

Its a windows CE game and wont work on Nulldc anyway
as said above, no support for warez is given here, read the rules please.
