how do i make .xbe files and where i can d/l them

*btw i have some xbox dvd images which i downloaded to my pc
so i need mostly a short guide for making xbes :???:

XBE's are Xbox Executables, just like normal .EXE's....they are the game itself...ISOs just hold the information of all the files for the game.
