so i managed to get my epsxe to run, i can play my PS cd games and also play the ISO i downloaded

but downloading the ISO took to much of my time since my connection is too slow

so i'm asking how can i get the ISO from my PS cd games?

i tried to search it and so i need CDRwin or CloneCD, am i right so far?

any help is greatly appreciated, thanks

Good to hear that you're trying to go legit.

I used CDRWin to create all of my PSX images. Just be sure to turn on sub-channel reading and set it to ignore errors.

haha, it's not i'm trying to go legit or anything, because the connection was too slow which makes downloading such a pain (i downloaded FF tactics, less than 200MB, took 4 hours) and i'm sharing my PC with my family, too much of a bother

aaaaaand it's not so legit after all, in truth my copy of the game was actually a pirated one. in my place, getting a game cd = get the pirated one. :eyemove:

another addition, to use CDRwin or CloneCD, are those the only method available??
i mean, can i use other program as long as the end product is in either BIN format or ISO format?

another another addition:
i have some problem with the emulator, most times i tried to RUN ISO, it shut itself off instead of going to the next window
how can i fix that??

umm, your "here" connects me to forum regulation, i don't think i can get some helpful information from that, but thanks for the reminder anyway

so anyone care to give me another tips concerning CDRwin, some suggestion to run it smoothly or any kind?
i just downloaded the CDRwin6, not installed yet

maybe that is a little more helpful. use your own game discs to make your own images, there are guides posted in the misc psx discussion section that show how this is done.
