it's a win-win situation but unfortunately politicians goals usaily involve manipulating the publics emotions to further thier own cause by putting embryonic stem cells on the discussion rather than the better choice

Me too, it it's just a clump of cells I won't consider it a human being yet unless it grows brain cells either.A fertilized egg is not much better off than a single one of my skin cells. It is not a human. I would draw the line where Boltz does (or slightly before) when the first brain cells develop.
