Well of course slow speeds are normal during the games, but he specifically asked about the bios. 1fps is much slower than what most people are getting in bios atm.
yea true. I get like 40 FPS at bios. How can he be getting 1? Maybe his PC isn't that powerful or he is using GSSoft plugin or somethin'

:edit: my bad it ain't the PC. Could be the settings he has on the Emu. Are you using VuRec or Rec option or just Int?
