Use the following process:

Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> System -> Device adapters -> Display adapters. Click on that and your video card (I will assume you only have one) will be displayed.

It is one of the economy class things.I mean to say its a video card integrated on the motherboard.
But dont worry,works quite decently.I also have this one.:)
