I have finally fixed the problem of the boot of Wii Sports Resort for all the languages.
You need of the hex editor, like winhex. You must add this values in file SYSCONF, look attached files.
In attached files there is also the file "SYSCONF" already fixed for all language for Dolphin version SVN R 4xxxx you can now choose your preferred language; default language it is italian.
