My advice? Go read up the documents that come with ePSXe.
Besides, we need more information than "it doesnot work at all".

Thank you for your replying
I have read the help document along with epxes file, and I did sucessfully choose the right plugins for my desktop, and it is working greatly on my desktop. However, when i use the same plugins on my notebook, it turns out different solution.

So let me explain the problem exist on my notebook, my computer screen turns to black after I click "run CD-ROM", even the screen setting turns from 1024 by 768 to the 800 by 600.
The Game CD I use is the Final Fantasy VIII, it is a new one i bot at local game store.
So i am guessing i probably need to choose some other plugins since my notebook spec is different with my desktop's.
So Could anyone help me out?

I highly recommend you to find away to make ISOs for your games if you have the harddisk space. I use Isobuster myself.

>> My current setting are the GPUpeteOPENGL2

You are not supposed to use that, that is meant for high-end graphic cards.

>> i only tried to use GPUpeteOPENGL,

What about Pete's D3D and PeOPS?.
