Help With Ff9

I am really lost with this i got windows xp and i try to run ff9 and all it dose is just loads and loads and loads like the cd rom is busy but i get nothing my configs as follow

I use Pete's DSound Audio Driver 1.11

and ePSXe CDR WNT/W2K core 1.4.0.

Please help is really appreciated and its the original ff9 uk version PAL.

This is for if you are using Pete's Cd-rom plugin. Just open and close the cd-rom drive, while it is stuck. The game should run after that. :p
