ive downloaded psxmemtool 1.17b and tried to run the exe file but a n error appears that says a certain pbvm60.dll file is not found. Next I search the net for that file and I DL it here http://www.badongo.com/file/4746113 but with the file extension 125 instead of dll. i try o rename it to dll and paste it inside psxmemtool folder and it opens but nothing happens and windows displays the image psxmemtool.exe has stopped working. Im desperate in converting .gme files to mcr to DL psx saved states to my psp. ive been searching the net for 3 days now.. HELP PLEASE!!!
