Hey guys, I've just downloaded this and all the plugin's, yet it still wont work. Here are some screen prints showing the error messages, and the files I have.

You need a directory called plugins. So make a folder called plugins and move those plugins in there. As for the BIOS, you're on your own. You need to dump it from your PSX.

Sorry, but I dont understand. :O A directory? Where do I find one of those? And PSX?

right click and find the New Folder item in the context menu that appears. call it plugins, and put all of the plugin files into it.

Ohh, I know how to do that, Ive already got a folder called "Plugins" for them. It still doesnt find them though, and it keeps saying Im missing the Video plugin, when I have it.
Look at the error message in my print screens, it keeps saying that. :S

Move the epsxe folder from program files, to the root directory of the hdd (C:\) or a folder off it (C:\Emulators\epsxe)

yep, on windows Vista, any application not run using Run As Admin will be made to read/write to a virtual storage.

when run from a folder on the main root directory, it will access its own folder properly.
