Yup, a few posts ago I made a similar report, I own an ATI X1800 GTO and it also runs slow like that, usually at 0-1fps. At the same time, the emulator works fine on my laptop that has an NVIDIA card in it. It seems it's something that is specific to ATI Radeon videocards. I tried upgrading my videocard drivers and changing some of the settings in the control panel but it didn't help, so I'm afraid there's little we can do at the moment. There someone here thats own a Athlon XP or X1650 PRO (ATI) and have tested the emulator? (Im my pc always runs low 0-3 fps)
You are right. I have the same problem. Report.Megaman Starforce 2 is actually not playable since it froze on me during battle when overusing the card command.
The same occors with me... see my sig, I was thinking CPU' problems... but seems GPU....Edit: Yeah Absolutely no go for me....moving at less than 1 FPS so any game I tried did not even get past the Nintendo logo even after being left alone for 5 minutes.
Did I say openGL? Read it again... I said off the point and update DirectX because maybe he didnt know it was out in june 2008.. So stop misunderstood what I say, ok ? Thanks. Why would a DirectX update affect openGL implementation on the driver? Please, stop recommending useless updates for the current matter.
I don't even know it. Thanks !Off the point.. You have March 2008 9.0c.. try to update for June 2008 9.0c already out last month.
Thanks again, one time I update my driver and get so many problems... I'll try again...Update to Catalyst 8.5 or later Dreampeppers ..... it's not the cause of the problem....but it will fix your OpenGL...
