Dear All,
I am a newbie and require your help. I have heared from one of my friend that PS1 games can also be played on PC. and he asked me download ePSXe emulator. I have created iso image of my soul blade copy and want to play. I have all the requisite plugins. but as i select iso file to run a multitap image appers and game stucks. My system details are as follows
3.00 GHz P4
1.5 GB Ram
ATI radeon express 200 inbuilt card
My config for video is as follows

Why do you have multitap turned on?

Try using the P.E.Op.S. "soft" GPU plugin. If it still doesn't work, re-dump your game. If it does work, try using the "regular" OpenGL or D3D plugins.

i take it you are playing the PAL version (correct me if that is not the case), what format is your image in?

Dear All,
thanks for your prompt response. Well i don't know about the image format weather its a PAL or NTSC but from the options menu i have choosen both and tried to play the game but it didn't work.. I desparatly need the configuration for this game. so i request you all that if someone has successfully played this game on his emulator, kindly post the settings here. I will follow that and try to play the game.

make an image of the disc in .ccd/.img/.sub format (read over the link below if you do not know how this is done) and see if it starts working. btw PAL and NTSC refer to the regional format, not the image file format.
