Well i have spent about 18 hours on this game and when i was playing the screen went black... I thought it was a boss and being the idiot i was saved my state over my old one... :hdbash: it staid at black although the music kept playing. I thought it was a bug and loaded the state....still black :cuss2:
Anythign i can do?

Unless you have a memcard save near where it happened, nope. It's not recomended to rely only in save states. I guess you'll have to start over.

Does anyone have a save state or mem card theyd like to send me with a save near rocket town, perferably with vincent and yuffie?

Take a look on GameFAqs. They have a load of saves, and I'm pretty sure one was near there.

All they have is dex drive i need epsxe saves

ePSXe supports Dexdrives saves. Even if they don't work directly, you can use the BATARD tool or something similar to convert them
