Help!! Error again....

Hi, after setting the plugin for Video, Sound and CD Rom, I finally can play my GT2 yesterday. But today without touching any settings, I can't play my GT2. I can't press anything except the Delete and End key which let me to set the settings for Lewpy's Glide Plugin. Help me!!
