have you set up the controller as analog under epsxe? you hafta have everything set correctly, even the 2 extra axes.
if your controller config senses it as only a 4 axis contrller, i think there may be a problem. i use a dual shock on dpadpro and use the 6 axis configuration. ive had no problems with analog in epsxe, but i havent tried any games that require it, such as ape escape, and i havent heard anything yet of that actually working or not..
