Anyway, CMOS resets are probably routine for most OCers, especially when they get a new chip and their mobo doesn't do it by default when the OC fails. Before just upgrading for some nice OC, first ask yourself if you really need more power. I got a Q8200 which is kinda hard to get past 2.8 (400*7) on my P35 Gigabyte board, and it's tempting getting more, but for everything I do I have more than enough horsepower anyway
