NEW DELHI (Reuters) - An Indian who became a man to marry a female relative was dumped after the surgery, a newspaper reported Monday.

Twenty-nine-year-old rubber tapper Kuttiyamma, born with both male and female genitals, had been in love with the relative, Laura, 25, for 15 years before having surgery to become a man and change her name to Binu, the Hindustan Times reported.

But Laura became engaged to another man and Binu is suing her for breach of trust after spending 50,000 rupees ($1,150) on the sex change in southern Kerala state.

"She had agreed to marry me after the surgery," the paper quoted Binu saying in the petition. "I took loans to pay the hospital bills."

Not at all. Did i say it would be more or less gross than incest? I thought your point was that it was gross when he fixed his dismorphed body? Or must i study english better? :heh:Kaiser Sigma said:That is cool but how is your well presented case any less gross than two relatives being in love?
No. My point was that ppl go "eewww" because these 2 were related but not because they "fix" genitals' issues... which imo is as bad (making it not bad at all if you don't find the first case wrong)MaZa said:Not at all. If there's something that doesnt belong there, yes. There's nothing wrong in fixing it. Though imagining idea someone showing scissors and snipping... *it*... feels bit gross, i do agree on that. It just, feels so... painfull... just even imagining that. :lol:Kaiser Sigma said:Yes and no... do you find appealing the idea of someone getting his genitals stripped? And besides, I could ask you the same... you are saying that a relationship between a man and a woman is "eewww"? What the...![]()
Well, judging by the way he put himself into debt doing it I kinda doubt he wanted it. And I don't think it's safe to assume that all people in his position would want surgery to "fix" their bodies. I do believe Laura to be the primary, if not the only motivation for the surgery.Dark Watcher said:No arguments there Demi, but the point we are getting at is that you would think Binu would have wanted to undergo the surgery anyways. Laura was merely additional motivation.
Sorry, but I ain't a transsexual; I am a perfectly straight hetrosexual individual and I do take offense from your comment - even if it was indirect.ChankastRules said:Now we need to get Elly to start posting here....
