This world produces funny happenings
Though, if that person felt attracted by women, a surgery was a good idea anyway IMO.

NEW DELHI (Reuters) - An Indian who became a man to marry a female relative was dumped after the surgery, a newspaper reported Monday.

Twenty-nine-year-old rubber tapper Kuttiyamma, born with both male and female genitals, had been in love with the relative, Laura, 25, for 15 years before having surgery to become a man and change her name to Binu, the Hindustan Times reported.

But Laura became engaged to another man and Binu is suing her for breach of trust after spending 50,000 rupees ($1,150) on the sex change in southern Kerala state.

"She had agreed to marry me after the surgery," the paper quoted Binu saying in the petition. "I took loans to pay the hospital bills."

Indeed. That means that he is more man than female. There has been cases where person who looked like a female and all, but had both genitals and got his penis cut when child, and was later found that his brains were male... :doh:Bobbi said:This world produces funny happeningsThough, if that person felt attracted by women, a surgery was a good idea anyway IMO.
Its not actually sex change. He had genitals of both sexes, so they just removed another one. Thats probaply cheaper than full transformation from man to woman and another-way-around.I am surprised it's so cheap... I'd have thought that something like sex change would be far more costly.

Still better than having sex with an animal I guessDarkAurora said:Has no one noticed they were related? Gross!
Perhaps the degrees of seperation are less emphasized in India.DarkAurora said:Has no one noticed they were related? Gross!
he would've kept both sets j/kbut if he fell for a man the outcome could have been different?
Intersexes are usually not bisexual... and instead of having 2, they have 1/2 and 1/2 (I think), so it's not a luxury!Dark Watcher said:The only thing we can fathom is that Binu may have had the luxary of appeasing both male and female partners
So... let me get this straight. You do not have anything against sex change (or rather removal of genitals) but you do feel freaked out by incest?DarkAurora said:Has no one noticed they were related? Gross!

If he would have just turned from female to man transexual, it would have been more gross. However, since he is hermaprodite, (MaZa learned a new word! YAY! ) matter is different. The other genital is just misformed extra, and most likely it isnt even functioning. :heh:So... let me get this straight. "Yuck factor" is the same for both things. I fail to see how if one doesn't bother why the other does.MaZa said:If he would have just turned from female to man transexual, it would have been more gross.
