Any possibilities to convert a NTSC FF9 Save File to PAL?

Because the epxecutor tells that the Save File has a Save File but when i open "No FF9 Data".

I download save file from Gamefaqs so i'm thinking that it is a NTSC.

memcard rex can do conversions (it just doesn't auto append the correct region id)
