What are the best sites for getting comprehensive, honest and well-informed info on the latest hardware (video, sound cards, etc.). I'm gonna buy a new video card, & I dunno whether to get a GeForce 3 TI 200 ($199) or ATI 7500 ($199). I want s-video out and compatibility with WinXP. Thanks!
