okay I read the thread and let me remind you guys that the people who used to live in sub continent were very superstitious and they used to fear something we now call bullshit. The Musclims came here over ruled it and there was Islam here, now what has happened is that the two cultures and religions have sort of got influence of each other.

I am a musclim but my origin is from Arabic countires, therefore I guess that is why I am unfamiliar with this number, it has nothing to do with musclims, just a belief.
