I want to change gtk theme, so i go to kde look.org and found a theme. Anyway Im stuck at how to install the theme. Here what it said in the web;

kde-look.org said:
How to install a GTK theme

# Create a file under your $HOME directory called .gtkrc-2.0
# Specify font and theme like this:
gtk-font-name = "Bitstream Vera Sans 12"
include "$HOME/.themes/XLiquid_GTK-1.0.3/gtk-2.0/gtkrc"
# Restart your GTK apps
# Have fun! :)
I dont understand at second instruction. I got the theme files so I thought just copy it into folder we created (.gtkrc-2.0)
